And a delayed welcome to the forums! In way of a more formal critique, I enjoyed your Charmander audition most of all. I thought you did a great job getting the "animalistic" sounding voice that we are looking for. Your Mew audition also had potential, but you said Mew's name more than we are looking for. If you want to resubmit your audition, please work on sounding more animalistic for your voices and also try to find a higher quality microphone than a webcam.

I have been practicing doing animistic sounds sines you commented on my video,
and i hope you will like my over audition better because i will be doing all the Pokemon voices in chapter 1 and 2 in the audition.

Wouldn't it make more sense to use pokemon anime voices? because not all pokemon are based on animals. (Like oddish, porygon, etc.) And we don't know what all animals say (Like the fox)
