Thread for just chat?

I think this forum is a little strict on where to put threads, so I was thinking about maybe putting a thread for social communication? (But not too social because this forum is here for a reason)

Oh I have an idea, how about making a discussion thread asking about their most/least fav characters and (for sketchers who they are best in drawing). It can act as a help to know sketchers abilities and also as a chat forum.
