found the perfect programs to do this=w=;; tho it's really a pain to go learn every single one of these programs from scratch only to find out that there are some that just don't work... tried toonboom, anime studio, flash and after effects, wanted to try retas but was too tired to... downloaded shake too but i got news from my teacher and the net that it didn't work good with psd and layered files... eventually settled on both flash and after effects... it was tiring to learn but it's really rewardingXDD (it works sooo much better than premiere pro, and crashes less often too>W<) The quality's much much better now! (doesn't have to worry about that anymore yay) (and no more over big file sizes, even better!)

passed the files on to joy and the illustration team, colouring and backgrounds now underway~ >W<

animatics, have the audio compiled, images will be fitted in soon. (I keep working on the animatics but it keeps failing because I was trying to work on both audio and visual at the same time... which didn't work out of course. now I'm working on audio first, then fitting over with the storyboards.) I'll also be doing more storyboards soon because the audio tells me that the current one can only last for 6 minutes plus... orz.. And one of the biggest reasons why I didn't wanna draw more storyboards then was because part of me wants to slack... cos the storyboarding process was pretty tedious orz... but guess it can't be helped^^;

I love it. 8D Just have to hurry up and get you the rest of those sound fx and new "Red's arrival" music. I don't want to use his theme quite yet since the opening will be playing directly afterward, so I'll just make some lighthearted incidental music this time around.

yea, i think lighthearted would fit the mood betterC: (i showed my friend this (without telling her what my opinion is beforehand) and she said that the ending music kinda confuses the mood so it'll be better to have the music to fit the mood better i guess>W<)

I am absolutely impressed by this! I love it!
The music sounds awesome [though a little bit loud. perhaps the volume of it could be down a smidge so it's a little less distracting.]
The sound effects sound pretty good. I especially like the comical sound of when the poké ball bounces off the nidorino. It was unexpected but it added a little bit of humor.
I can't wait for the coloring part of it.
And I really wish there was more I could do. *sits in her lack of talent corner*

Tho, I've been meaning to discuss this with joy for a while now. i think even non illustrators can help with base colouring and such. because you are basically eyedropping from a given colour scheme and doing mspaint stuff with all the selecting and what not.
