Ok so any type of chat will do here? In chat you mean anything at all whether pokemon special or non pokemon special related? Ok I'll start if its ok

1. Anyone here still play the games?
I no longer do. In fact the manga is the only franchise of pokemon I touch now. The games remind me too much about the anime since it concentrates too much on the pokemon league and its too light/childish like the anime.

2. Without any relation to our project's work. If you are given a chance to choose which saga would you like to see as an anime first?

Mine is Yellow arc then FRLG. I love the elite four as antagonists and I really love to see the 4 consecutive 2vs1 battles. I also like FRLG, aside from the plotline and the battles it would really show everyone the difference compared to the anime. I mean because of Viz not many people have read past yellow arc and everyone still compares ash to red so with FRLG they will clearly see the difference on how pathetic ash really is.

Yep, I'm still working my way through diamond, I'm a very slow player, and I can't wait for SoulSilver to come out ^.^

2. Preferred arc to see animated-
I'm not really sure. I'm excited about this whole project and I'm pretty content to let it happen as it happens, though I am pretty excited for yellow, the latter part of gsc and frlg. Mostly because I liked all of y arc/yellow's my favorite character, the end of gsc was just awesome, and all of frlg was made of win.

Yup yup yellow saga is one of the best cause they made the elite four scary and yet their buildup was powerful. BUT defeating them was strategic and not too exaggerated and impossible. UNLIKE THE ANIME.

2. Yellow barely getting away on round 1 vs lorelei
3. Green barely winning on a flashback with agatha
4. Blue and Bill barely escapes bruno's hitmonlee.

FRLG reminded me of the joker philosophy on the movie "Dark Knight" about when the chips are down people will eat each other and outcast anyone.

GSC was fun but in my opinion I liked it better if it was Clair and not Pryce as the enemy. I mean they could have explained about the dragon tribe and stuff.

still playing ^^ fufu pokespe got me addicted again to the games. xD

aand.. I want to see ruby animated. '____' um.. i pretty much want to see all of them. but if i have to choose, FRLG~ xDD because green's so awesome when he's enraged

Actually to save some face, they made it so that Agatha, Lorelei, and Bruno ganged up on Red. (Which they did) But if the battle went on I think Red would have won against Bruno but on their first fight Red never even beat one of Bruno's pokemon so he would have won but the battle will take days. In reality I count Bruno as the weakest. Which is why I wanted it so that Red fought Lorelei at least instead. I mean green is the martial artist so he would fit fighting Bruno.

On a side note what's with the creator liking pillow fights? (female vs female) and on yellow saga they have computers, tacking devices, and even bugs but no pokegear/cellphone yet? and Red left the letter of challenge yet he never mentioned where he was going? For a champion he's a bit dumb.

1. Yes, I still play the games. They were a huugee part of my childhood, so its nice to play them. I still have RBY, GSC, S, and own DPPt. I have PMD RRT, PMD ET and ES, and PR and PR SA... Umm, I think thats it, lolz. Ruby went missing, as did Explorers of Darkness... Emerald was sold.
Lately, I've been playing Explorers of Sky mostly. The Pokemon Rangers I wouldnt have checked out except for some demos of Almia at Meijers... But I've completed near every game, and cant wait for HGSS... GSC were my favorite!!!

2. My personality says I do things in order, reading books, watching shows, etc. Its only if I cant start from the beginning that I start in the middle, but... I'd like to see it in order, so the first one I'd like to see would be RGB, although Yellow is my favorite character and arc... I'd love to see that, but after RGB (even if I know what happens, lolz)

Yupp... Currently playing Pearl for the first time [and decided that Sinnoh rocks] and Shadows of Almia which, surprisingly, has become my favorite non main series game.

Together, my brothers and I got Red, Yellow, Silver, Crystal, Sapphire, FireRed, Leaf Green, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, the old Pokémon Pinball [with the rumble feature], Pokémon TCG, Stadium, Colosseum, XD Gale of Darkness, Battle Revolution, Hey You Pikachu, Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team, Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky, Ranger, Shadows of Almia, Pokémon Snap, and we will be getting HeartGold and SoulSilver.

Sadly, I've played them all but only beaten Yellow and Silver. -_-'

2. Preferred arc to be animated
FRLG and Emerald. And it's mostly because I'm a silly fangirl who would like to see Green in his purple pants that I adore so much *shot*

1. Of COURSE I do! 8D I've almost beaten platinum, and I can't WAIT to see the battle zone! I REALLY REALLY wish I could have had Emerald instead of Sapphire...then I could play in the battle frontier. ;_; I love the brains in that place. ;_; CAN'T WAIT FOR SOULSIVER. <3 Soulsilvershipping just has the CUTEST fanart, and I have to admit, it looks adorable. Gonna have a game where you can catch Lugia and the name of it has an adorable shipping in it! 8D What is better than THAT?

2. I really don't care which, buuut...probably FR/LG or R/S. Reasons: 1. Shirtless Red *shot* 2. Badass fighting. 3. Ruby and Sapphire are adorable. 4. R/S CONFESSION SCEEEENE and awesome battling. <3 and...it's HOENN. my FAVORITE PLACE IN THE POKEMON UNIVERSE. I would live either there or Kanto. Don't know how much I'd like Johto, I never got to play Gold Silver or Crystal. ;_; Sapphire was my first game...

1. First one i ever played was pokemon silver! (good times. good times), and then ive played ruby, then emerald, and beat diamond. (just the elite four). I'm currently replaying through pokemon yellow, and let me tell you, i can see why pokemon became so popular. The first generation ROCKED! second one did too. The other ones are ok i guess.

2. I kinda wanna see G/S/C. Wondering about the dexholders voices. and i also like how all the plotpoints collide into one. Its also the first time a large group of the dexholders get together. And that interaction is always fun. (emerald...nyeh) And G/S/C has a great plot and such. I also kinda wanna see R/s, but it kinda lacks dexholder interaction, though it has a great plot. (kinda ends on a ex machina though...)

1. Yes, I still play the games, although I'm in the competitive circuit now. (I've got a Youtube account with the same name where I post my PBR battles, although, my Wi-Fi's broken so I can't upload anymore at the moment...)

My first game was Pinball, actually, at age 6. Then I got Yellow when I was seven, and it took me a couple days to understand the 'save' feature. (Hey, it was my second video game, give me a break!)

2. Anything with Crystal in it, really. Maybe the part where she kicks a Pokeball inside a Staryu (I think) forcefield to break it from within.

Edit: Oops, that was supposed to be an arc, wasn't it? I guess the whole Crystal/Eusine/Suicune thing, then.

1. Yes. I'm playing Yellow again for the umpteenth time, and I'm also playing Explorers of Sky - though, I've played Explorers of Darkness and saw its ending before, so it's a bit boring... >.< (i.e. I know what happens...) Also, I haven't tried Platinum yet, though I've beaten both Diamond and Pearl, so I'm a liiiiiittle bit anticipated about that.

2. Um... From the beginning...? To be frank, I have only started reading the manga online fairly recently, so I'm still in Yellow's saga. ^^;;aa

They did something like, "the dress wasn't torn and Blue was just using her arm to hold the pokeballs" Actually, i have no clue how they did this, but I've heard about this from others.

I also believe they will edit the Gold/Blue "interaction" in GSC.

And lets not forget the infernal slip up that viz had created (blue/green name confusion)

No, it was actually almost the Sparknotes version of Yellow. I thought it was the whole Yellow arc when I bought it, but it turned out to bascially be "the Yellow arc-the exciting parts".

The first time i EVER read pokemon special, was through the "Best of Red" book. I kept thinking, "Why don't these chapters connect?" until I figured out it was a "Best of" book, and stopped my interest in pokespe.

Then I checked out pokemon special volume 5 (in french) at my library, and I fell in love with pokespe, which brought me to where I am now.

Well, you could always purchase the rerelease viz versions (as long as you're fine with phantom edits), or you could just buy the entire translated series, (will probably cost a pretty penny).

Probably not all of them, I don't have that many Barnes and Noble giftcards, but I do want to re-read frlg and emerald. the online posting of those was all out of order and i got confused.
