Favorite Pokemon Music

Purely for the sake of nostalgia, let's post our favorite old pokemon songs, either from the games or the anime, doesn't matter.

Here's my favorite, every time I listen to this, I feel like I'm 8 years old again.

Oh! GSC music always make me feel nostalgic. This is one of my favorites!



I love the gameboy music xD It was an awesome idea to put the GB sounds item on HG and SS. I totally love to hear the songs on their old style.

My favourite from the game would be...well, the Pokemon Centre theme, which can be stuck in my head for days upon playing the game. I can't load YouTube for some odd reasons...so well, can't exactly attach it here.

A lot of pieces from the anime are actually good and iconic, such as Mezase Pokemon Master and the US original theme (which every kid must have known at least the first few lines...heh). I also like all the Team Rocket songs, To*itteru Nyaa and Hey! Pikachu.

Yeah, a guy in a building of celadon gives it to you. I don't remember if you have to beat Red first though xD

I like some of the japasese openings too. Like the battle frontier one =D

@cocolove: agreed! The battle frontier opening was one of my faves, even if I don't watch the anime anymoreXDDD I also love OK! and mezase pokemon master 2002 (the latias latios movie remix)

As for gameboy sounds, well, I kinda like lavender town's, despite its creepinessXDD (maybe it's the creepiness that made me remember it well anywayXDD)

No way man, the Regis are really hard to catch.
Also, here's the anime version of the Regi battle theme, it's what many would call "god-tier" because it sounds so good. lol


Also, you should download the old games and play them on your computer. They are very good, every time I play them I get such an overwhelming feeling of nostalgia that it's difficult for me to actually play the games instead of just walking around listening to the music. lol

RSE are also nostalgic for me, I love those games, I think that people criticize them too much, same goes for DPP.

Why do I like LatMoM? BECAUSE THERE'S NO DEFINED BAD GUY. Think about it. For the entirety of the Pokemon anime series, there's ALWAYS a bad guy that messes things up for the plot of the episode/season, even if it's just the TR trio. It's the same in the movies. (at least most of the time). Anyway here's two songs for your enjoyment

In my honest opinion, the only movie that didn't suck was Pokemon 2000. Also, the third movie didn't have a defined bad guy either, it was just a bunch of Unown fulfilling the fantasies of a little girl.
Needless to say though, the soundtracks have always maintained an excellent quality.

I did know that, which is why Pokemon 3 is at number 3, just forgot to put it my last post XD. I did really like Pokemon 2000 as well though. Which is why I'll put some music from that here.
