Arrival and Questions

I've been slowly watching the progress of the group for some time now, and I have to say; you guys are incredible.  I'm Mewkapi (call me Kapi, if you will) and I'm 15.

Now, here's my question.  I came here to audition for story boarding, but the auditions for that are currently closed.  Is there a possibility I could still try to get into that?  I didn't want to audition without permission    So here's the best place to start.  (I can't animate, sadly, because I don't have access to programs such as SAI.  I work mainly on Photoshop Elements).
