edit: I slightly take that back having googled it. Turns out there used to be a few outlets in Australia (but they're gone now, i think), and there a few scattered as bunch of countries like Singapore, Phillipines, India, Dominican Republic, Poland, Spain, China (as a much mroe restaraunt-y thing) and the UK But they're only widely found in the US and Mexico.

There was tacobell in Australia and I missed it?!? NOOOOOOOO!!! DX

Apparently, they completely disappeared from Australia in 2005 :p
