Shiny Pokemon - Accepted.

true, or would it be better for the shinies to not shine at all, just a different colour? (like what marley says lolXD)

oh yeah the red gyarados.. maybe no shine/sparkle? because it migt be distracting.. and we have to think of ways to animate the sparkles too..

There is a difference between shiny and sparkly. I don't think they should sparkle at all.
The "shiny" part is the altered hue, the new skin colour or fur.

I personally don't see any pros that outweigh the cons.

so no sparkle. but include shiny pokemon hidden for easter egg.
