Skype Meetings? Empty Skype Meetings?

I'm sorry for my noobish behavior, but how do you attend a meeting?
People always say we have to attend meetings, but I have no clue how to do that on skype. Any help?

Just get a Skype account, become a contact to everyone else, and be on when the meeting is supposed to occur. Somebody should invite you in.
