Approaching the Japanese fans

I was wondering, is there any reason why no one is approaching Japanese fans for help in this project? After all, there are so many artist in pixv. Also, there is an on-going challenge in pivx where people are to draw pokespe in anime style and anime colouring. SO I was wondering it might be a good idea to get them for help.

If such a thing really happened, the forum could create a Japanese sub-forum for them.

Well, I assume mostly because of communication issues. Unless they know English, or we know Japanese, it could work.

I admit pokespe is much more high profile there, and we could get more helpers, but communications are the problem.

The thought did cross my mind but like Mrtweetums said its communication issues. I have a pivx account but I don't know the first thing about how to contact people or upload something
