This is terrible, horrible news. Michael Bay got is hands on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles moive reboot. Michael Bay already ruined everyone’s childhood once with the Transformers moives.

Turtles Forever wasn't a reboot it was a big crossover moive which was epic. The new turtles film will be a live-action reboot like Batman Begins. Many turtles fan are worried about the plot. Michael Bay do not have a good track record he dose go action films however he does not do good characters and good plots. A turtles film need to have good characters first and a good plot. The only good about Michael Bay is that his production company Platinum Dunes do horror films so we may get a film with a darker ton.

There will be hope for this film if Michael Bay is not directoring it.

No

Turtles Forever was made to celebrated the 25th anniversary Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. But is was a TV movie.

The last turtles film was made in 2007 it was TMNT. TMNT was also the fourth movie in 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film franchise

Why another one?

Last year the ninja turtles was brought by Viacom.
To reboot the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.

And is it going to be live action?

Yes it will be in live action. In TMNT alot of people miss the suits from the live action films.

Hopefully this new moive will be like the first turtles film.

x_x Dude, uncool beans. I mean. I don't think Michael Bay should be allowed within 100 meters of a video camera. Or a special effects studio. ESPECIALLY a special effects studio. And should wear a badge and a sign in his front yard that declares him unsafe to filmmaking. Like Megan's Law. But with bad movies.
I didn't even watch TMNT as a kid (</loser>) and I STILL know that's a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad thing.
Knowing Michael Frickin' Bay it's gonna be the CGI'ed-out action-packed plotless film of the year. And, you know, I don't know how focused TMNT was on plot, but any plot it had, you can kiss it goodbye 'cause it's gonna get in the way of turtles walking away from explosions, effortlessly toting a big badass gun in one hand and a hot chick in the other. Yes. In his hand. Because turtles are rather large and it adds more hot chicks.

TBH, I was upset about Airbender (been waiting for this eagerly for about a year and a half now = TOTAL AVATARD), but in the end I've learned to accept the fact that while the characters looks nothing like their original races
(This is how I had it figured:
Water - Eskimo
Air - Asian
Fire - European
Earth - Western)
the movie still actually looks really kick-ass. I mean, at the worst, we can just dissociate it in our minds from the original Avatar show, and have a really cool Martial Arts Trilogy on our hands. pikachu

And, another TBH, I think it's great that things are becoming edgier, as long as they keep plot. My Dad HATES the Ninja Turtles cartoons (we actually watched the second movie last night just to make fun of it, cuz srsly that thing is awful) because they are based off the comics, and the TMNT comics were famous for being one of the first to show people getting killed. What's edgier than that? And then they went and toned it down to some stupid turtles whining about their existence and karate chopping with no blood. >>;;
