My car didn't get destroyed in the flood we just had, a lot of peoples cars were destroyed completely, utterly consumed in water, BUT OH LOOKY I LIVE ON A DOWNWARD SLOPE, so a lot of people are like you now where I live, except they don't have a car OR a house

As were people around here a couple of years ago after Hurricane Ike. Can't imagine what would happen to a car in that weather. I evacuated, but the ones who didn't got the front end of nastiness.
Except my boyfriend. His power didn't ever go out, and you know what his family did after the hurricane? They went CAMPING. Those cocky little freaks. We didn't have power for weeks. House reeked something awful when we got back and some genius opened the fridge. In fact, last week we got all the baking soda off the shelves.

You know how you could make your car awesome? Give it ears, a tail, and paint it to look like a pikachu...I think I would do that...if I had a car...and razor-leaf, if it makes you feel even betterer...er, I don't have a car either...nor a license...I really need to get driving more...

My car is the best! It's name is Fez, and it's a cute little silver corolla. When I got it about a year back it had 204,000 miles on it, and now it has about 215,000. >w>;;

It has a Mokona wearing a Five Guys visor in the back window, and a Digiko cosplay cap on the back drivers-seat headrest, and a scarf around it too from the Medieval Times dinner and jousting! I got the scarf from the green knight, who was the coolest and strongest of all the knights (guess which section i was in, lulz) but of course he had to lose to the stupid red knight, because the green knight is evil at heart.

lulz, and Fez has a pokeball decal on the back passenger side window, and a NSN sticker on the drivers side back window, and on the big back window he has a Planet Express sticker, an SMCM sticker, and a Domo-kun decal! >w> And on the dashboard he has a bobble-head dog and a duck with a sombrero on! And a rock with googly eyes glued onto it!

oh man I love that little car.

*runs out front to stare at Fez*

I want a Smart Car or a Mini. A blue one.
That way, I could call it the TARDIS. Those things ('specially Minis) are WAY bigger on the inside.

x_o But honestly I'd take any functioning car with air conditioning at this point (it is impossible to live here without A/C. I had to try for a bit. It, uh... didn't work.)
I seriously need a mode of transport.

I went to Medieval Times once, with the girls' chorus. Our knight won. >D

as it is, I doubt I'll get any takers.

All I know about fancy cars, I learned from Top Gear.

I was thiiiiiiis close to applying for a job at a new Chick-Fil-A near my house. (Which would be nice as I'd finally learn what they do to that lemonade that makes it s'darn tasty. Also their fries. And their sandmiches. >> Yeah their food is delicious.) But today I went out to turn in my application and THE TURN-IN BOX DISAPPEARED. Security guard said it was there earlier. Ffffff--
And now I'm thinking of applying at the local craft store. They have a sign that says they're hiring for summer jobs, but I don't know what kind of experience they're looking for (I have zip work experience. Zip.) or anything. Or if they allow minors to work there. It seems all of their employees are disgruntled, uncaring older folk who don't give a crap if it takes forever to ring up the customers. ]< They need better employees.

Aghh!!! I know what you mean...and once you get your application in, what are the chances of them accepting it? They ask for job experiences, but what can you put, since you can't get a job. I've been applying to a lot of places lately, and unfortunately, not getting accepted...heck, I'm still learning to drive...
